The Kansas Association of Taxidermists is pleased to announce the 35th Annual convention and competition. We hope you enjoy the show and please remember why we are here: To further our skills in the art of taxidermy and to educate our customers. This year the show will be held at the Four points by Sheraton, Manhattan, KS. March 24-26, 2017.

This is open to all levels of competitors: Amateur, Professional, and Masters. A trophy for First and ribbons for Second and Third place will be given. Award will be given to the highest total score for four(4) entries. These entries may all be in the same category or mixed categories. (Original art is not accepted). If an amateur wins the first place plaque, they must then compete as a professional in those categories from that point. SCHOLARSHIP DRAWING for $750.00 MUST BE A MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING (A PREVIOUS MEMBER AND A CURRENT MEMBER). THIS YEAR TWO (2) SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE AWARDED. THE SCHOLARSHIP WINNER MUST PRESENT A SEMINAR ABOUT WHAT THEY LEARNED AT THE NEXT YEAR'S CONVENTION OR AT ONE OF THE QUARTERLY MEETINGS. APPLICANTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL OR SNAIL MAIL TO:
