IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR COMPETITORS
This year there will be a few changes when placing your mounts in the competition room. If you are checking your specimen in between 12:00 - 2:00pm, on Friday, you will be able to accompany a committee member to place your mount in the competition room. This year the judgeing will begin at 2:00pm; if you are checking your mount in after 2:00pm and on Saturday morning a committee member will be the only person allowed to place your mount in the showroom. As usually all final grooming must be completed outside the showroom and all paperwork must accompany your mount at the time of placement. Name tags will be required at all seminar sessions and in the competition room. This will be strictly enforced. Please don't be offended if you are asked to wear your nametag.
